For the first six (6) months after receiving your graduated driver's license, you may drive with only one (1) passenger (other than a sibling) in the vehicle who is under 18 years of age UNLESS a parent or guardian, who is holds a valid Arizona driver's license (Class A, B, C, or D), is seated in the front passenger seat.
