Agape Driving School FAQ's

How do I know if Agape Driving School is licensed by Maryland's DMV to offer behind-the-wheel training courses?
While we do include Agape Driving School's contact information in our driving school directory, we cannot say with certainty as to whether Agape Driving School is certified by the State of Maryland.  We recommend that you either contact Agape Driving School directly or possibly the Maryland DMV to find out if Agape Driving School is a certified driver training school.
Is it true that my mom or dad can be my driving instructor when I do my behind-the-wheel training instead of a professional driver training school instructor like the ones they have at Agape Driving School?
It depends on what your state's laws are.  You should contact the Maryland DMV or a licensed driving school like Agape Driving School to find out if Maryland allows behind-the-wheel training with a parent.
What if I don't know how to operate a stick-shift automobile? Does Agape Driving School have automatic-shift vehicles that I can drive when I do my driver training?
If you're taking a Baltimore Maryland driver training class, chances are you don't know how to drive ANY vehicle yet-- stick or automatic.  However, if you prefer an automatic vehicle then you should tell Agape Driving School that prior to enrolling in the course in order to make sure they can accommodate you.
I don't live anywhere near a city. There are unpaved roads and bumpy terrain all around my house. How do I know if Agape Driving School will train me on how to drive in a rural area like where I live and not just teach me how to drive in a town-or city-type environment?
Since Agape Driving School is a local driver training company in your area, it's a safe bet that Agape Driving School will be motivated (or perhaps required) to teach its local customers how to drive on rugged terrain.  If you want to make certain, however, you may want to call Agape Driving School to find out exactly what's included in their behind-the-wheel training course before you register with them.
Can I get my Maryland instruction permit once I turn 14?
Most likely, no.  Most states have set the minimum age to obtain an instruction permit at 15 or 15½.  You may want to contact the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a licensed driver training school like Agape Driving School to learn more about the minimum age requirement in Maryland.
I live in Baltimore Maryland. Does the law say I have to take both a drivers education classroom or online course and a behind-the-wheel training course in order to be fully-licensed here?
Each state has its own laws in regards to licensing procedures.  However, most states do require that new, teen-aged drivers enroll in both a driver training course plus either a drivers education online course or drivers education classroom course .
I'm required to take a defensive driving course in Baltimore Maryland. Do you know if Agape Driving School offers defensive driving classes in Baltimore Maryland?
Yes, Agape Driving School does offer behind-the-wheel training courses in Baltimore Maryland.  For more information about their class schedule and how/when to sign up for one of their defensive driving courses, please contact Agape Driving School directly.
What do I need to do to obtain a driver's license in Baltimore Maryland?
It depends on Maryland's laws, but most states require new, teen-aged drivers to sign up to take a safe driving classroom course as well as a behind-the-wheel training course.  You may want to call Agape Driving School to see if they offer the driver training course that would satisfy the regulations set forth by the Maryland DMV.
Is it necessary for me to sign up for a driver training course in order to get my first Maryland driver's license?
Yes, it is.  All teen-aged drivers applying for their first driver's license in Maryland are required to take a state-approved driver training course.
Will Maryland allow me to enroll in a behind-the-wheel training course before I actually receive my learner's permit?
