Is Cardenas Driving School a certified driving school in Texas?
Just because a driving school appears on our directory of driver training institutions, we cannot guarantee that they are fully licensed to offer behind-the-wheel training courses in Texas.  We highly recommend that you contact Cardenas Driving School directly or the Texas DMV to find out for sure if Cardenas Driving School offers driver training courses that have been approved by the State of Texas.
Will the Texas DMV allow my parents to supervise my driving practice instead of requiring me to take a behind-the-wheel training course at a state-approved driving school?
Possibly.  Some states will allow your parents to supervise your driving practice in place of taking a driver training course with a professional driving instructor.  You will need to contact the Texas DMV to find out if your behind-the-wheel driving may be done by your parents in Texas.
I have no clue how to drive a stick-shift vehicle. What happens if Cardenas Driving School makes me train on a stick-shift vehicle?
Considering the fact you are a brand new driver, you probably don't know much about operating ANY type of vehicle....stick OR automatic!  If you prefer to do your hands-on driver training with an automatic-shift vehicle, you may want to call Cardenas Driving School and let them know before you sign up to take their driver training course.  That way you'll know for sure whether Cardenas Driving School can accommodate you before you pay them any money.
I live in a very remote area, where there are mountains and a lot of unpaved roads. Do you know if Cardenas Driving School teaches students how to drive in rural areas like where I live instead of just driving on smooth, paved roads in city areas?
Since you live in a remote area, a local driving school such as Cardenas Driving School will tailor your driver training to handle the conditions in your area.  
Are 14-year-olds allowed to obtain a learner's permit in Texas?
