I've been told that either of my parents can supervise my behind-the-wheel training, so I don't have to attend a Waco Texas driving school like Central Texas Driving School to fulfill my behind-the-wheel training requirement. Do you know if that's true or not?
You will need to contact the Texas DMV or a state-approved driver training school like Central Texas Driving School to find out.  Some states do allow parent-taught driving, but many states do not.
What happens if I don't know how to operate a manual-shift vehicle? Will Central Texas Driving School allow me to do my behind-the-wheel training with an automatic-shift vehicle?
Considering you're a brand new driver, you probably don't know much about operating any type of vehicle--manual-shift or automatic-shift!  However, if you prefer to complete your behind-the-wheel training using an automatic-shift vehicle, you should contact Central Texas Driving School and inform them before you sign up to take their driver training course.  That way you will know for certain if they will accommodate you.
Since I live way out in a remote location where driving on unpaved roads and bumpy terrain is the norm, will Central Texas Driving School be able to teach me how to drive in a rural environment? Or do they only prepare you for city-driving?
Since you live in a rural area, odds are that any local driving school in your area such as Central Texas Driving School will want you to be able to drive safely on dirt roads and rugged terrain.  We recommend that you contact Central Texas Driving School directly to find out exactly what they offer.
Are 14-year-olds eligible to obtain a instruction permit in Texas?
Although a few states allow teen-agers to begin practicing how to drive at 14, most states have set the minimum age for which to receive a learner's permit at either 15 or 15½.  You will need to contact the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a certified driving instruction company like Central Texas Driving School to find out what the minimum age for driving is in Texas.
Can I take Central Texas Driving School's behind-the-wheel training course before taking a Waco Texas defensive driving classroom course or online course?
