Is Tri-County Educational Services licensed by the Texas DMV to offer behind-the-wheel training courses?

If you live in a rural location, there is a high probability that a local driver training school like Tri-County Educational Services will either want--or even be required--to tailor their instruction towards driving safely in your particular locale.
