During July and August, you may drive everyday from 6am to 12 midnight. You may drive after these hours if a licensed driver who’s at least 21 years old is seated in the front passenger seat, or if you are driving to/from work, a school-sponsored activity, a religious or athletic event.
  • Passenger Rules Provisional license holders may only carry passengers who are family members and/or one (1) non-family passenger who's 21 or older, has a valid driver's license, and is seated in the front passenger seat. Full license holders who are under 18 may carry no more than two (2) non-family passengers. All passengers in vehicle must wear a seat belt.
  • Other Driver education is required for license applicants age 18 and younger.
